Elderlink Home Care, Inc. would like to congratulate our Caregiver of the Month for April, Saba D.! Saba has been part of the Elderlink team for a little over a year now and she has already made such a huge impact with our clients. Saba became a caregiver because she took care of her grandma and realized how much she likes helping people. She has been doing caregiving work for 8+ years. Saba is married and has a 19-year-old daughter that goes to CSU. Saba really enjoys all aspects of being a caregiving and we definitely believe she has found her calling. Thank you for your dedication, Saba, and congratulations! We’re so happy to have you on the Elderlink team!    

Elderlink Home Care, Inc. would like to congratulate our Caregiver of the Month for March, Adise A.! Adise has been working with Elderlink since 2016. Originally from Ethiopia, Adise moved to Colorado 12 years ago after winning a visa lottery and has been caregiving ever since. She has two brothers and two sisters back home whom she misses. Adise loves caring for her clients and hearing about their lifetimes. One of her favorite things is going through old photos with her clients and hearing all of the stories behind them. Adise is very dedicated to those she cares for and we are so happy to have her as part of our team. Thank you for everything you do, Adise, congratulations!  

Elderlink Home Care, Inc. would like to congratulate our Caregiver of the Month for February, Loretta M.! Loretta has been part of the Elderlink team since 2012 and has over 34 years of experience with caregiving. She has really dedicated her life to improving the lives of those around her. She was inspired from her mother who was a caregiver for 45 years and Loretta chose to follow in her footsteps. Loretta has taken CNA classes and has fallen in love with this type of work and can’t see herself doing anything else. Loretta is a music lover and listens to all types of music but her favorite genres are jazz, rap, country, and rock n’ roll. We appreciate Loretta’s dedication to those she cares for and it has been a pleasure working with her over the years. Congratulations on being Caregiver of the Month, Loretta! Here’s to many more years!  

Elderlink Home Care, Inc. would like to shine the spotlight on a remarkable husband and wife duo as Caregivers of the Month for January, Doug and Jacqueline A.! Their combined 33 years of caregiving experience have left a lasting impact on both the clients they have served and our Elderlink community. Doug first began with Elderlink in 2006 and was drawn to this profession because he wanted to make a meaningful difference in the world. He has enjoyed caring for his many clients and being there for them when they’ve needed it most. In Doug’s free time, he enjoys listening to many different types of music with his favorite genres being Classical and Honky-tonk. He gave a special shoutout to his favorite composer, Hans von Koessler. Jacqueline first began with Elderlink in 2010 and establishing genuine connections with her clients is at the heart of her approach. She takes the time to learn about their likes and dislikes, ensuring that she can contribute to their happiness and comfort. One of Jacqueline’s fondest memories as a caregiver involved taking a client to witness the beauty of nature – a breathtaking view of trees that left an lasting mark on both her and the client. Jacqueline also finds a lot of joy preparing meals tailored to a client’s dietary needs, utilizing her skills as a dietitian and her love for nutritional therapy. Beyond the caregiving realm, Doug and Jacqueline wear the hats of devoted parents. Their weekends are spent cheering on their kids at basketball and volleyball games. As a family, they also share a love for the great outdoors, with hiking adventures bringing them closer together. Doug and Jacqueline exemplify the qualities that make Elderlink truly exceptional. We appreciate their dedication, compassion, and their ability to create meaningful moments for the client’s lives that they touch. We extend our gratitude to Doug and Jacqueline for their outstanding contributions. Congratulations!    

Elderlink Home Care, Inc. would like to congratulate our Caregiver of the Month for December, Elizabeth W.! Elizabeth has been part of the Elderlink team since 2015 and has been doing caregiving work for 15+ years. Caregiving is very much a passion for Elizabeth. Elizabeth also enjoys baking and is a dedicated mother of 4 children (with whom she likes to bake with) and 2 dogs. One of the aspects that Elizabeth values the most about her work as a caregiver is getting to know the clients and their families on a personal level, and working with her clients one-on-one. Elizabeth is completely dedicated to her clients and their well-being and making their experience the best possible. You are a rockstar, Elizabeth! We appreciate you. Congratulations!

Alice has been doing caregiving work for 11 years and we have had the honor of working with her since 2017. One of Alice’s biggest joys when working with clients is being challenged and learning new things. For example, with one of her clients she learned how to operate within a Kosher kitchen. Alice finds this aspect of the job most rewarding. In her free time, Alice enjoys spending quality time surrounded by those she loves. We sincerely appreciate everything Alice has done for her Elderlink clients. Thank you for your commitment and dedication, Alice, and congratulations!      

Elderlink Home Care, Inc. would like to congratulate our Caregiver of the Month for November, Therese M.! Therese has been part of the Elderlink team since 2004. Therese describes herself as caring and passionate about the work she does. She tries to get to know her clients so she can care for them better. Therese lived in Chicago for 9 months before moving to Colorado. She says Colorado is quiet and peaceful and she doesn’t want to live anywhere else ever; it is her home now. She loves taking care of people. She helped care for her sister’s nine children and that is what sparked her love for caregiving. We are so grateful to have Therese as part of the team. Congratulations, Therese!      

Elderlink Home Care, Inc. would like to congratulate our Caregiver of the Month for November, Kelly B.! Kelly has been part of the Elderlink team since 2007. She describes her personality as caring, which is one of the most crucial aspects of being a caregiver. Kelly has lived in New York and Texas before moving to Colorado. She loves living in Colorado for the mountains, hiking, and the scenery. Kelly likes doing crafts in her free time. This year she will be making Christmas wreaths with her clients. Kelly has 13 grandchildren, who keep her very busy when she is not working! Thank you, Kelly, for your hard work and dedication to your clients. Congratulations!
